Parking in Purgatory

Made it to Ben's Diesel Repair on monday and found out the old turbo unit can be repaired! for only $900. Unfortunately by the time we made it here we were down to only $200 so we had to go to the Denver airport and cash in most of the Dinar (Iraq currency) I had invested in. A small price to pay to get on the road and moving again.
We couldn't have picked a better place to get stuck Fort Collins Colorado is beautiful, clean, the people are nice, and they have 300 days of sunshine here a year. Michelle thinks it's Divine Intervention.
Today was a long day, but not too hard. The Dogs love the Horsetooth Dog Park and we were almost scared away by a storm, but we waited it out in the car and it cleared up long enough for Duffy and Buster to wear themselves out playing and running around. The Day before when leaving the Dog park either Duffy thought it was a good Idea to jump out of the Car at 40mph or Buster pushed him out cause when I checked my passenger side mirror I saw Duffy tumbling end over end down the asphalt like a Drunken Olympian. Luckily he only had a bit of road rash and some ruffled feathers.

We've spent the last few days organizing the Trailer, getting rid of things we don't need and organizing the things we Do. Tomorrow we'll pull out the centrifuge and polish the oil in the Veggie tank. In my haste I sucked some "Bad" WVO (Waste Veggie Oil) and it was clogging the filters faster than normal during the last leg of the trip.
Hopefully tomorrow Marty the Diesel Mechanic has good news for me because 3 days in the parking lot without a water hook up is getting old and I'd love to continue heading NW by the weekend.
